2. We send out a call to our community of 10’s of thousands of active scientists.
3. One of our scientific advisors hand-picks the best qualified expert to help you.
4. We put you in contact with the expert via email, chat or videoconference, to ask specific questions about your protocol. We aim to make the contact <48 hours after you make the initial request.
